The car parking facility at Gatwick airport is not only convenient but economical too.

The airport offers many different options to suit any requirement with over 30 000 parking spaces to offer.

The parking can be done in advance online.

All car parks are well manned; CCTV secured and ensure car transfers between two minutes to nine minute maximum.

There are three options available, Short stay airport parking, Long stay airport parking, and Valet parking.

• Short stay airport parking.

Short stay airport parking is best suited if the parking requirement is only for a few hours.

Both the North and South terminals have their own Short stay car parks connected to the terminals and are convenient and secure. The tariff ranges from £ 2.60 for 15 to 30 minutes to £ 18.90 for 18 to 24 hrs. Short stay fast track parking is available for those who wish to enter the terminal as quickly as possible, the tariff ranging from £ 14.60 for up to 3 hrs and £ 27.80 for 12 to 24 hrs.

• Long stay car parking.

This is best suited for stays which are going to exceed a couple of days. There are a number of car parks to choose from for a long stay and the tariff can be obtained by getting a quote online.

There is also a facility for Summer special car parking where at the reception the keys are handed over for a receipt, and your car is parked for you.

• Valet parking.

Valet parking is a worry free service available at both the terminals.

At the South terminal car drop off and pick up is at the terminal forecourt.

For all the car parks, exit the M3 at junction 9 and follow the conveniently placed sign posts to reach the car park of your choice.
